A selection of work from the past decade — products built from scratch, systems designed to scale, and interfaces that shipped. Most projects are under NDA; metrics and outcomes are generalized to protect sensitive client data. Reference letters available upon request.

Selected Work
A 60-person AI lab valued at $1B needed to ship a developer platform fast enough to compete with GPT-4. Owned the API console, enterprise dashboards, and chat interface — trading design-system maturity for speed-to-ship, scaling to 400+ Snowflake integrations.
The Pentagon needed to detect coordinated disinformation campaigns — not just flag content. Owned the design of Constellation, the AI engine analyzing bot networks and narrative attacks across 25+ languages, adopted by Coca-Cola and Amazon for brand-risk monitoring.
SandboxAQ had no enterprise product — only research-grade tooling. Owned the design of AQtive Guard from first screen to production: data-viz dashboards, instance remediation flows, and the CISO workflow layer that made post-quantum exposure auditable for Fortune 500.
Public safety drone missions fail when operators lose situational awareness in GPS-denied zones. Owned the real-time operator interface and AI co-pilot — every interaction under 2-second latency, 100% edge-processed with zero cloud dependency.
Google’s recommended CRM had no structured onboarding — new users churned before discovering core value. Owned the end-to-end onboarding across desktop, tablet, and mobile, including all motion design and micro-interactions for 30K+ companies.
Pioneered snap-a-photo bill payment before it was an industry pattern. Owned the full iOS experience, internal OCR tooling, and compliance clearance — then deployed the payment engine to CreditOne’s mobile app, reaching millions of users.
2,000+ annual studies ran on a fragmented platform with 15 years of technical debt — and Fortune and McKinsey studies couldn’t go offline. Owned the unification of survey authoring, field ops, and analytics into one workflow, migrating live clients with zero downtime.
No unified source of truth existed for the global hyperloop industry. Owned the end-to-end product design — defining how routes, IP portfolios, and construction projects render on an interactive globe, trading data-layer density against real-time rendering performance.
Prezzee had zero design system — 20+ designers shipped inconsistently across Web, iOS, and Android. Built the unified system from scratch on native platform foundations, heavily customized for brand, powering all three platforms across 6 markets.
Harvard Medical School needed to turn a VR research prototype into a clinical product non-technical staff could administer. Owned the full interface — translating eye-tracking and motion biomarkers into readable diagnostic reports under FDA-adjacent compliance constraints.
Engineers at NASA and Ford abandoned the configurator mid-session because 290+ products had no guided selection path. Owned the platform redesign — replacing the legacy flat catalog with constraint-based filtering by robot model and application type.
Police agencies shared case intel via email chains and PDF bulletins — no cross-jurisdictional linking existed. Owned the design of the AI platform that replaced that workflow with real-time case matching across 50+ departments, under CJIS compliance constraints.
